It upgrades the automatic control system in an all-round way to realize the tubing processing efficiency > 50 jts/hr in workover operation,the automatic operation of sucker rod, and the one-key operation of tubular processing.
Upright mast without guy line and self-balancing crown block are adopted, and the deflection of loaded crown block is reduced by 80% compared with conventional models.
The traveling block moves with the guide rail of the mast, with small shaking and high efficiency of tubular handover.
The main rig is equipped with 4nos. stepping wellhead centralized devices, which can realize the adjustment of 10 mm level at the wellhead.
Equipped with pipe delivery unit from horizontal to vertical, theefficiency is increased by 20% compared with the conventional.
Sucker rod processing automation, equipped with visual wellhead stage detection system, to improve the tubing handling automation.
